We carry out the increase/decrease of the authorized capital:
- We offer advise on the increase/decrease of the authorized capital during the whole procedure;
- We prepare the documents necessary for increasing/decreasing the authorized capital;
- We represent at the Register of Legal Persons and at the notary's office.
