We are selling and establishing Transport companies in Lithuania, preparing documents for obtaining cargo licenses.
A Community license for the carriage of goods is issued to natural persons or legal entities performing individual activities, which comply with the requirements specified in the Road Transport Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
The license shall be issued within 30 days of the submission of the application and all the necessary documents.
The license to engage in the carriage of goods on domestic routes is not required in the following cases:
1) postal service providers carrying mail;
2) transporting service for vehicles after accidents or otherwise damaged;
3) transportation of medicines, devices, equipment and other products necessary for the first aid in the course of rescue work.
Licenses are issued for ten years.
